WITNESS AND DEFENDANT LOCATES: In addition to the normal queries of available skip tracing databases, we realize the most important aspect of locating witnesses and defendants is field investigative work. Our years of experience in "tracking down" suspects, as well as locating witnesses, enables us to provide our clients with results. Our membership in both statewide and national investigator associations affords us the ability to utilize this resource should our locates extend beyond the limits of Southern California or the state.
IN-CUSTODY AND FIELD INTERVIEWS: We are Law Enforcement trained in Interview/Interrogation and have conducted thousands of interviews relating to criminal and civil investigations. To ensure we have a complete understanding of the matter under investigation we meet with our clients prior to conducting all interviews. This ensures we get the interview right the "first time" and address all issues associated with the case. Whatever medium our clients request to document the interview will be provided at no cost.
PHOTOGRAPHIC/VIDEO SERVICES: We provide the highest quality still photo or video documentation by utilizing State-of-the-Art photographic and video equipment. Equally as important, we are knowledgeable about the laws governing the use of this equipment to ensure the information we provide can be used at trial. There is no charge for photos or videos, unless there is a specific need for a large number of copies or the actual video cards.
LANDLORD/TENANT DOCUMENTATION: We are able to provide whatever support/documentation is requested by our clients to verify the condition of any property occupied or vacated by a tenant. We understand the importance of detailed photographic evidence of the "condition" of a property both before and after occupancy.
PROCESS SERVICE: We have the electronic databases and field investigative experience to perform this service with results. Our standard fee is $70.00 per process service, unless long distances are required to affect service.
OTHER SERVICES: In addition to the ones listed above we offer additional services to include: Trial Preparation, Court Testimony, Surveillance, Interrogatories, Validate Discovery and Deponent Statements.
