An important aspect of any Workers Compensation investigation is for the private investigator handling the case to have a complete understanding of the laws that apply to these types of cases.

Whether it is an AOE (Arising out of employment) or COE (Course of Employment) investigation there are specific legal parameters governing the photographing, video taping, or audio recording of targets of these investigations.
